Best way to equalize rollout on slicks. I have new set of slicks that where pretty much dead equal.Been on car for year,on warmup stand. Checked them today and almost 1" difference with both at 7 psi(expected area of race pressure) and almost 1" difference. I know zero difference almost impossible, but closer the better. Best way to equalize?

tried shrinking larger tire. dropped pressure to 2 psi,set blow heater about 12 feet away, rotated tire every cpl minutes until even temp about 120,let cool and aired up to 7 psi. Dang almost dead on about 1/4" difference. Now how long will it stay?
