Thanks It's been a long time coming.I've wanted one ever since I can remember.
This is at a purpose built drag track called Oyster Bed Speedway in PEI.Their's
4 local tracks here in the maritime province's.Up here you'll see some of the best
bracket and class racer's you would see anywhere. If you don't have a package in
the thousandths your going home.

Lots of guys here travel to national events in the U.S. and I'd like to travel to a few
with this car as well.

I took a look at your speedway.  Prince Edward Island, I was there visiting 35 years ago (gorgeous area).  I agree with you on the bracket racer category, I think it’s tight that way all over.  I’m bracket racer too.  I’ve picked a time (9.60) and planning to use nitro hydrometer to dial in each pass this year, new setup for me, but I want to learn.  Also have new magneto, I know will help me go faster-easier, but I’m wondering if hei might be more consistent.  I’ll have to do empirical testing to find out.....

There’s bunches of vintage events up and down the west coast, you got lots to choose from.  Check their race rules before you go, some electronics prohibited.  Your home made throttle stop "bolt" is legal : )
