Bought my second set of pull-up belts with cam lock from Racer Direct, awesome company to deal with, no tools necessary to cinch me in, although I agree with a crew member to assist. and they are recertifiable. so happy I bought a set for the wifes car

looking for opinions on torgue converter stall speed. here goes;
140" fed
540ci dart mtr injected with alky
12x33-15 hoosier slicks
power glide-tranny brake,,electric shift
1508 lbs
390 gears

not looking to set the world on fire just be able to make nice passes, any input would be gratly appreciated. thanks mike

I had some questions arise about a fire wall or a suit upgrade because of potential hot tranny fluid,,i elected to put in a fire wall,saving thousands,,,anyone ever hear about this????

I had issues with the little dip about 70 ft out, made the car slide right, by sunday I learned to let off a little then go, car ran 550's at empire, so it was a little slower at Lancaster. the aa/gas class had pretty much the same issue, the dip lifting the car on the way out ,taking weight off the rears. other than that and a broken ring gear on the wife's car , we had a great time and the staff could not have been more helpful.

 Just made my passes for my Quick Rod 1/8 th  license this weekend at Lancaster Speedway Nostalgia Event. Car went straight for all passes consistent 5.70's. could not be happier,,now baby steps forward.
