Try to "roll " the front axle down if it is adjustable. It will change the castor/camber on the axle. My old altered years ago did the same until ws reset the front becaus we  also took soms weight off

hi, i am glad to see this site started. i am active on the hamb web site and love vintage drag racing. i met keith burgan last year at bowling green and again at the atlanta 10,000 dollar race. just to let you know, brainard drag strip near chattanooga tn, is planning there first nostalgia event, i think april 13th. i understand don garlits is supposed to be there. also just found out that julius hughes, who put on the atlanta race has a big one planned in mempis in may. details are just getting out. they are planning 4 big events in the south this year for nostalgia drag racing. we need to support this all we can. i used to race a old aa/ fuel altered that we converted to comp elimiator in the late 70,s. i will try to post some pics soon. pm me any one interested and i will get as much info on these events as soon as they forward it to me
