1969 RCS front engine dragster project.
Brand new parts : steering box (Dave Tuttle), chute, cam cover, zoomies (coated), all new moly tubing for front half, aeroquip lines, air tank, windshield, etc.
Used, Mint Hilborn/pump setup, recovered seat, frame shifter, ronco mag, front wing, rear canards, Chry. 8-3/4 w-spool, 283 sbc 13:1, set of 194 heads, shorty body, org. fuel tank (nice), torsion front, wire wheels w-alum rims, roll around tires. A lot of nice parts for someone, everything goes with it.
Needs 2 side & 2 tubes under seat replaced (larger) and new front half welded. $5000 call for pictures info Brian 561-662-2112 Will trade for old motorcycle project....

On my 60's Hilborn unit there is a tube in the middle of the unit with a small knob 1/4 turn valve at the incoming fuel end. What would it be used for?, I would guess it does not take the place of a inline -6 fuel shut-off valve as its pretty small but can turned by hand. Thanks...

Roo, slip joint in top tube just in front of motor plate where tubing steps down 1 size, should the angle be on top and angled forward as I was getting ready to do or under and back. Two local chassis builders both go with the under/back method ?.
One more question, 4 tubes going to the front, which set of tubes U/L would you keep whole and which set would you cope to blend to front end assy. Thanks...

Looking to trade a fed project, moly chassis, sbc, shorty glide, chyr rear, etc. Chassis is in mockup for new front half, have all new moly pipe to put it at 168". 283 with 13:1 and 194 double hump heads, mint hilborn stack unit with 2 sets of stacks, new powder coated zoomies, complete used glide with shorty kit with dragster shifter, front chrome axle, wire wheels & wing, rear carnards, new chute, glass seat with custom cover, shorty body, rear wheels with mockup slick
