what size fuel cell for 1/4 mile. I drive to staging lanes and back. This is a small block 406 with stack injection on alcohol.
-
4 gal minimum IMO. I had a 2 gallong on injected car and getting back to pits was always questionable. I hope 4 works that what new tank I built for my car holds.

We use a three and a half gallon tank. I used to drive it to the lanes, run a 1/4 mile with a long brake down lane, and drive back. I never ran out, but it would be pretty dry.
We did not make as much power then as now, was running 8. 9 at 155 with a 461 making 600 HP on alcohol.

Wow, you must race at the cleanest track on earth, wouldnt even consider going up to staging or towing back to the pits without covers on the injection (scoop or stack) at the tracks I run on
