Title: HELMET SHROUD/DEFLECTOR PLATE

There has been some discussion concerning the fact that this may be required for Altered's with the higher wing.  I did not see any indication that this would be required in the 2015 Rules.  Has anyone seen this?

The Altered wing strut rule has been posponed untill 2016, and at that time maybe pushed foward again.
