Header Question
« on: May 05, 2014, 04:07:54 PM »
I have Brodix cnc 227 SBC heads with standard exhaust bolt pattern. The car I bought has zoomie headers with spread port pattern. I was told by a major header manufacturer that they can make adapter from a 6 bolt to a 7 bolt, but the center ports will not match up right.
Can someone chime in ?
I guess if I can not use will have to sell these and buy a set with standard.

It will work just fine with the adapters.  Get a gasket and lay it over the ports.  Built many a system like that on cars that run 7.0
