Frame recert.
Pipe Dreams:
Any one having any trouble with getting their car recertified? Just had mine done and have to add a couple bars to the cage. I guess feds are getting to popular so the powers that be are updating the rules for chassis cert. Just wanted to give peple a headsup if you need to recert soon. Would'nt have really cared about anding the bars to mine if I had'nt just spent a grand on striping and repowder coated the frame.

Had mine recerted for IHRA professional yesterday, no problems
dreracecar:
What "bars" are you refering to? what spec ? has the car ever been tagged before or when was the last time it was?
Any having to do with changing or adding to the cage has been around in the specs for 8+ years---nothing new has been added and a sportsman tag is only good for 3 years.
Gold Digger:
this was posted on Yellow Bullit " I.H.R.A. will honer a N.H.R.A. certification tag and or competition license how-ever N.H.R.A. will not recognize I.H.R.A "
dreracecar:
Why should NHRA accept any other santioning???
SFI is a NHRA loophole created for its own protection.
