Ok, after research and disassembly, no visible defects found in oil pump or drive. No debris found in screen or pump (Melling HV). Apparently " thick oil may cause pressure relief valve to open prematurely". A new CVR pump is on it's way. I have a flat tappet cam/mech. lifters and have never ran restrictors except with roller cam/lefters. If I still have too much internal leakage, I'm thinking that restricting flow to the top end will be the next step. More delays
