Very cool Glenn. Nice setup, with the garage on main floor and shop in the basement. Clean, organized and well equipped.

Your shop's roomy.  Good idea how you have your panels out of harms way.  Looks like new 60s style paint scheme, tastefully done.  My shop is a two car garage.  It's tough to work in there, takes more effort and planning, but no doubt it's cozy.  I have my whole driveway too, plus all my neighbors help me when needed, which I think they enjoy doing stuff as much as me.

Nice i wish my neighbors were as nice every time I fire it up the cops show up. I done when they arrive so they just leave again.

Mine does not fit in thegarage so I had to cut a hole in the wall and the front wheels sit out on the back porch.

I have a friend who cut a small square hole in his first trailer so his parachute and mount stuck out.  Us drag racers always figure out a solution.
For me, I like the old style open trailer.

I had a real good laugh when I first saw Glenns car with the front end sticking thru the wall. But ya gots ta do what ya gots ta do right? I had a nice 30 by 40 shop back in WI before I retired. Now I'm back down to a tight two car garage again. But making do with what I have. Plus if I tried to do what Glenn did, I don't think my wife would go for tripping over the front wheels everytime she went to the fridge, LOL.  Mark L

All of you guys with big shops are just show offs.

]]

Try building 225" car.30 over hang in garage thats 20 wide and 22 deep.Add in bridgeport mill,lathe(behind car),enought parts to run top alcohol,wood working stuff and two harley(sitting out right now). Then you learn what it takes to work in overstuffed small area.

My garage is 20 by 22, I just also expanded into the basement.

We are all brothers though because we are proud of our shops, and to a man I'm sure want bigger ones, with more stuff in them.

Shops are one of a kind, To my wife it's a place she can put stuff that she don't want in the house, I go out there and dream of what I could have done if I was only 40 years younger, I have even though about putting a lift in so I could pull one car under another and stack them, I think that is part of drag racing always wondering what if and thats why we have shops..
