Hilborn PG150c 1/2 vs Enderle110

Spud what is the difference  between a Hilborn PG150c 1/2  vs Enderle110 flow and pressure?
I am using a pg150 1/2 pump on my 462 alky engine and I found an Enderle 110 pump that is brand new in all my spare parts for the cars we have.

 Hi John,

 A PG150C-1/2 in good condition will make 4.8-5.0 GPM @ 4000 pump RPM @ 100 PSI.

 A 110 pump in good condition will make 12.4-13.0 GPM @ 4000 pump RPM @ 100 PSI.

 So, the 110 would be HUGE for your application. You could always loop it to get rid of all that extra fuel. If you put a pump sizer loop on the car, you could run a .120 in the loop and a .120 for a main pill and probably be pretty close for example. The equivalent two areas together would be about the same as running a single .170 main pill (don't know your nozzle size or other details, so we'll use that as an example). You'd leave the sizer alone for the most part and just continue to change the main pill for weather tuning.

 Or...you could trade or sell off the 110 for a pump that is similar to your other one and sized better for your needs.

Spud thanks for the info. What is the best time to give you a call?
We have a national event in two weeks we are attending and I am trying to get an idea if our current pump PG150c 1/2 is enough for our 462 engine.
Seems that the car is a little soft at the launch. The plugs  look fine just wondering about putting more fuel to the engine.
The car has:
462 engine airflow in the heads is about 400in 320ex
Super Mag IV with external coil, timing 34
FED weight with me 1780
Main pill .90   spring pressure is 68lbs
Enderle nozzles in the runners using 35-37 jets.

Let me know what other info you would need to give an approx. base tune up for 500ft elevation pass.

 If your main check valve is really set to 68 PSI, I think we found an issue. That would mean you're basically putting the entire pump into your motor until 1000'. If you run 1/8th mile, that check valve may never open at all. I haven't done the math on it, but that is probably less than optimal. You didn't mention what make motor you're running, but more timing may benefit you...especially off the starting line.

Aside from the info Spud has provided there are 2 things as a racer that you can consider. The Enderle pump gears run on a bronze liner and the Hilborn runs on the hard anodize housing,
2-  is that I run a 110 on a blown 375 and do return a lot of fuel back to the inlet and there are those that run the 80a (5 to 6 gal @ 4000) with the same or more combo. The bigger pump allows me to crutch the pump volume when it starts to get weak wheras when the smaller pump starts to go away it does go very quickly and often times one does not realize that untill its too late.

I was going through a few boxes and found my parts for a smaller build but using the 671 and 4 port. The next question is would a PG-175B  (pump serial# 2-2851) be too much for this build in first post. If it is big could I just bypass some of the flow back to the tank?

 A Hilborn -2 is the same as an Enderle 110. Yes, you could just return more fuel to use it.
