throttle and shutoff cables
« on: September 22, 2013, 11:47:57 AM »
Looking for good source for cables for new FED.Normally run Morse but thinking if cheaper or maybe lighter available I'm open to checking into them. Needing throttle, shifter  fuel shut off and I have chute cables covered.

The red jacket Morse are too stiff and too heavy. I source mine from either McKinney or direct from Control Cables Inc in California. These are the grey spiral wound sheath deals that you can tie in knots and still have them operate smoothly. Good Vibrations in CA also stocks them as they are right up the street from CCI.
