Chris you are right about the sound . Zoomie's sound nice and crisp They might even make that Hemi of yours sound good HA HA !

Might even be able to hear you small block beside it,if you put it almost on the chip and I just idle ha ha ha back atcha.  Now if I can get my elephant to run like it scared of that little mouse.

Spent most the day machining on a valve to switch fuel flow when I go from NA to nitrous. Seems to work and should be bada-- when done.Like most projects the first has given me idea how to make next one better.

Basicaly It will swap from two jet bypass to one bypass and the other jet goes to feed nitrous.I will only need nitrous solenoid it will then activate the fuel side at same time. Only trick will be setting the jetting so the one Im swapping will have same flow as nitrous system

On lil brothers car 496" bbc we ran zoomies and everyone kept telling him that was reason car was not as quick as it should be. Borrowed a set of collector headers made 14 or 15 pass ans car never ran as good as it did with the zoomies.Nothing big .01 to .03 differance we figured just the air or track.

Zoomies lot liter and sound awsome so with no differance in performance we went back.Im building or will be building a set of zoomies for fed and if can get tubing i want they will be super lite weight.

Anyone know of supplier selling 120* 2.25 ID  or close aluminum tubing need .060 to ,080 wall thickness.

I don't see zoomies on many comp. eliminator cars. That should be a strong indicator of what makes the best power in a finely tuned setup. Being lighter  and being able to see the discharge of each cylinder are the advantages I see. I thought about running step/collector headers.

If I go with the nitro set up next year I will most likely go with a zoomie header .
