Three Speed FED Shifter???

Two questions;

1 - What are people using for a shifter in a FED with a three speed auto?

B - Where are you mounting said three speed shifter?  Upper Frame Rail or Between Legs or ???


I think a three speed version of the two speed Frameworks shifter would be the ticket...
