vacuum pump line
« on: December 03, 2020, 03:41:59 PM »
What type of line or hose is best to use for my vacuum pump?  I do not like the line that came with my Moroso kit, I would like to use black line such as Jeg's 350 nylon braided line but didn't know if that was ok.  Can use standard stainless braided line but wanted to use black. Is rubber inner lining ok or do I need to use the hard plastic inner lining?

I don't have an answer for you, check where you source the parts.  this site has been quite, like everything  else this year. getting Parts are taking forever, delay in servives but next year should be better

As Jeff said things are slow on the boards lately. I personally would like to get to next year already. The last 13 months has really been a struggle after losing our 22 year old Son while serving this country as a Marine. He was also an important member of our race team and a large void is in our  daily lives.
Enough of my problems now back to yours.
I use a black press on hose (XRP) for my vacuum lines. It has a flex steel core that will not crush but is flexible.
We use it for all our fuel, Oil and vacuum hose needs.
www.goodvibesracing.com XRP push on hoses.
Let me know if that is what you need.
