I've gone to making my headers out of stainless. Way better, less hassles with rust and fatigue. You can get mandrel U-bends of every flavor from Woolf Aircraft in Romulus MI.

John I got mine here on the board. Awsome service.
I got the tubes bent to what I needed by Ted's Fabrication  (225 digger on this forum).

last I heard Ted was not doing small order stuff anymore. Nice guy  and nice product, just pretty sure ie has too much work with big order deals.

Ted is still doing things for smaller orders. He just wants some flexibility with the orders as he will do the smaller run stuff between the big orders.
He let me know today, which is great, as we have another engine to do zoomies on. I will get my info to him in the next few days. His pipes were spot on with what I sent him for measurements. Great person to deal with also.....

If you can use 1-3/4 I made mine from this speedway kit. A lot cheaper than ready made. (If on a budget).

You could probably sell the flanges.

Seven years ago, Ted's Fabrication (aka 225digger) did excellent for my special order.  Stainless Steel and bends/length were precision done.  And he was most competitive price plus shipping I was quoted compared to 3 other businesses.  Thanks again Ted.  Alan

Paul,  what SBC head is that which uses an even spaced port design???  Ive done it with a SBC "spread port" design but required a little fancy footwork to spread the pipes

  To  Buickfed

how about a pic of the motor/head

dreracecar,

the buick 350 exhaust rectangular ports are similar to the sbc and overall length is close, but not enough to modify sbc's to fit.
if i knew how to put pics here i would.....
