Summers brothers gear drive
« on: August 28, 2021, 06:39:23 AM »
I believe it was DRERACECAR that mentioned a Summers brothers gear drive.
Now I'm curious and want to know if it will work with a enderle timing cover and pump drive?
Anyone?
Thanks

Not sure but I can tell you that it uses a standard timing cover with the pan seal portion cut off and is bolted to the gear drive support. I don’t see why the seal portion of an Enderle couldn’t be machined off to accommodate but I have never done it.

Didn’t realize you could still buy a brand new one but reading the description it says still utilize a stock timing cover.
