Hi Spud.....a very strange thing happened this past weekend....
K-valve on 16-71 blower. We started the car for warmup and it sounded like it was missing. #1 cylinder was very weak at exhaust pipe. I checked compression and it was fine...changed spark plug and wire...no change. Richened the barrel valve from 75% (where it has been since day one) to 88% and it fixed it?
I did have to increase the butterflys a bit to get the idle RPM right.
I thought the idle check might have stuck open.....but it checked fine. Checked to make sure the arm on injector didn't slip. My one can is after the barrel valve. Checked it and it was fine.
Data from the runs shows good fuel pressure...same as past data.
What should I look at?
