Thanks to denverflatheads` photos and all the others I have my throttle linkage built  :). Straight rod linkage with heims. Now I`m fabing the coupler sheild. I`ts mild steel,1/8" plate and 4 inch x 1/8" tubing connected to the chromoly anti-rotation plate. Question, do I need to bolt it to the back of the trans or does that end 'float'?
