Just a note, the SFI spec (3.3) for boots & gloves does not include an expiration date.

Greg Thanks for posting that I know they don't expire but I bought them in 02 I think I just wanted to be clear that the date was passed. It really is a bummer I bought them for a nitro dragster to go with my 20 suit from Simpson now the boot has to be a 20 on the cert and Simpson won't update the tag.
