hilborn 150-1 pump plumbing?
« on: May 20, 2017, 04:24:51 AM »
What size feed line do I need for a -1 hilborn pump, feeding a BBC methanol with stack injection? Is a -10 big enough or does it need a -12 or something bigger?

On my Blown SBC with a 110 (13gal) from the pump to BV only ran a -8, do not want a pressure drop by going to a larger line. When I was running 410 sprints we used a -6 feed to the BV.

Thanks Bruce, my barrel valve had a -6 opening so I was going to use a -6 from the shutoff up to the injector. I should have been more specific, I was asking about the line from tank to pump
