Where is a good source to get the chrome rods that connect from the axle to the frame ?

If you are talking about the radius rods any competent chassis shop can make them. Normally they are 3/4" tube with 3/8" rod ends. Do you have brackets on the axle and tabs on the frame to attach them? Chrome will be up to you in most cases. Post a photo of your deal and it will be a lot easier to provide the correct advice.
