Sorry for the late answer, I was off the grid on a short vacation for the holiday weekend. If you are doing a burnout with a line lock, then low to high is my suggestion, with a quick shift to high. If you do a rolling or standing with no line lock then high is the way. These are the methods my son and I use with our cars, The Camaro the first method and the Roadster with the second. No matter which you use the key is to have the rpms high enough to stay up in the converter. I see alot of guys hit the tires and drive thur the converter on the burn out. This is hard on the converter.
