Hi Spud,pump requirements

 Hi, Just a few questions I'm hoping you can answer. I have a 392 Hemi( 0.060 over, mild blower cam ), with a 6-71 blower (5%over) and just acquired a hilborn 4 port.
 My questions are, what size of 90 degree nozzles would be appropriate for this setup on gas, what size of pump to feed this and
any idea what to start with for the primary and secondary bypass pills?
 The Hemi is in a 33 Willys gasser/street car, standard transmission

 Not sure if your 4-port has 4 or 8 nozzles...

 I'd recommend a -1 pump (should be ~6.2 GPM @ 4000 pump RPM @ 100 PSI).
 
 If 4 nozzles, I'd run Hilborn #28's.

 If 8 nozzles, I'd recommend Hilborn #14's. Either way, I'd start with a .115 main pill.

 You won't want to run a pill in the secondary and in fact, I'd set that up to be an "idle bypass". 5-7 PSI and no pill in it. It'll help off-load fuel at an idle and becomes disabled when you open the throttle beyond 1/4 or so. If you don't do that, the idle will be very twitchy and foul plugs like crazy.
