Transbrake Delay Box

Hey Dan,
Just installed a Dedenbear RTD-7 box and it makes the solenoid release appear "lazy"  once the entered delay time is reached?  With no delay the solenoid snaps in / out.

Something wrong there ! It should release just as quickly with or with out a delay .

I would check to see if the solenoid is getting warm and sticking during the delay time, cause a lazy release, with no delay, and an extended hold on the button should cause the same result. If this is the result, suspect the solenoid.

We used the delay box this past weekend for the first time during a time run...when I released the transbrake button the car left like it was in second gear...what is happening internally when the solenoid is lazy releasing?

The reverse clutch drags on release this will cause the lazy leave.
