Rethink the gym thing.One very good benifit is lots of hot lady's for motivation. Plus health benifits. As for loosing weight best thing I found was broke with bad nerves. Next was 6 SMALL meals a day.Leave carbs off last meal.Have one protien,one carb and one fiberous serving for other 5. Exercise will help like that part or not. Yea leaving off ice cream will help,but no reason to get stupid with it.LMAO
