Hey I would never referance one of those types.Glen will not allow cussing and those funny looking things on a intake are the cuss word type carb.So I guess the food type are good for you compared to the others.

Drink water, lots of it!  It will help flush your system and all the extra trips to the toilet is more good for you walking!
