Hydraulic Clutch.
« on: August 14, 2016, 12:57:35 PM »
I noticed in a lot of early pictures that I research, 59-61 front engine dragsters, a fair number of them used a hydraulic cylinder to operate the Hilborn injector on their GMC blower. Did anyone ever use a hydraulic clutch setup during this period. Thanks Charles.

Maybe some obscure dragsters did (never say never) but with the clutch so close to the drive a simple link to a peddle was more common.

Don't some circle track use hydraulic actuated throttle?

Not recommended,  there is no pull back for a sticky throttle
