Short or long Glide?

If you have a soft engine you're prolly gonna need a tall gear to get out the back door in the 1/4 without over reving it. Say a 56 or so.
I've got a left over 1:82 low ATI shorty kit for a glide you could get reasonable.
If you don't use a T-brake on 'em 1:82's live a long time.

haven't made any passes but I have a shorty glide in mine.

1.76 1st, 3.50 gear, 30" racemasters.

Cam is supposed to make peak at 7200.

I'm thinking 3.89 for mine cause later on I'm gonna step it up my motor now has a 3.25 stroke my 410 has a 4.0 stroke it should scratch off ;D (I HOPE)
