Can Wheelie Bar be Too Low?

<< < (4/4)

digster:
Dave on the bouncing, does it help if you let the car settle momentarily before gradual hard braking? Are you throwing out laundry?

wideopen231:
I have heard  about and seen FED's bounce at racks that others never had issue.Thtas why the one place I said screw weight and added a second chute.Reason being. In bracket racing you get pushed for time in final rounds.Using chute would mean time to repack. With two I can pull cpl dzus and one bolt and still have one chute.Time given I can repack chute and replace or do so after next round.

Dave be extra cautious at Farmington in right lane make it dbl.

dusterdave173:
I am guessing it has done it more on shorter tracks where I may have jumped on brakes too hard
I have not been pulling the chute on 1/8th mile but may start
On that note got rid of my Simpson with 600 lines and got a Stroud chute--LOVE IT!! Can pack it easy as pie
compared to the Simpson--Called and talked with Mr Stroud--VERY helpful man with great customer service!
