Where do you get the 4" Marmon clamps for this

Dragster supply sells a cool lightweight steel one take a look. I have used two of them. Dragstersupply.com

Looks like dragster supply piece is mild steel.If have to carry the weight I figure I need to get most stength possible and that would be moly of same size.  .063 moly is not easy to bend round and finding moly tube 4" is not turning out to be any easier.
Aluminum one is allowed and figure if I go little more than allowed i should be fine. Working on getting aluminum one done.
