Jon, please teach me this, does it mean rear axle centerline to the back of the engine?

Paul New:
Yes Jon to keep the front end down. I am learning each pass down the track

JrFuel Hayden:
Yes, from the center of axle to back of block/ rear motor plate. We were ahead of our time, because Bud Hammer, my partner,  had Dave Tuttle build the chassis that way in 1997.

Right now fuel tank (3.7 gallon)is behind axle and battery in front ofaxle  CL. Battery weighs 45#,just cheap used 16v Race  battery will be 30#,until can afford lighter=power  piece. Firebottle  not mounted yet. Think full body vs shorty is 20# andchute body 10 more than shorty rear.Got to figure for nitrous bottle also, needs to be close to front of engine to k.eep lins short.

Rough setup but sounds like in ball park.

Ricardo I have already see thesky from seat, not from FED.Hey I can bypass that if ok.
