Im close now...just need to make fuel-lines and figure out how do connect every thing.. :)

So; i have a mechanical stack injection from Hilborn. It was not complete when i got it, so i had to order a new pump and some accessories.
I got a device (by advice) that has a highspeed by-pass, shut of valves etc... All in all it has 5 outputs. Two for by-pass?, one inlet and two out? Then it also looks like there should be a by-pass from the metering valve? Why do i need three by-passes? And can i hook this up in a way to avoid welding additional bungs and adding "lots" of fuel lines.
Fuel tank has two outputs now, a large one for fuel out, and a smaller one that i guess was used for highspeed by-pass - since it had a fuelpump connected to it.
The shut of valve is supposed to be cable operated, right?

One should be your seconadry bypass(poppet with a lite spring)
the other should be a jet holder with a heavier spring & poppet with some shim rings- that will be your hi-speed.
and the last one is your main jet can

 all three can be tied together and returned back to the tank or you can run the main jet seperate and the secondary and hi-speed combined (opperate at different times) back to the tank.

Your fuel pump shut-off should have an inlet and 2 outlets, the top being the main feed to the BV and the side should be tied to the main jet return so when the fuel is shut off the fuel circulates back to the tank instead off dead-heading the pump while the RPM comes down

BK thanks for posting that, I looked for it earlier in response to this thread and could not find it.
That is exactly where I started with mine. Lots of good info there.

Here's a couple of shots of my Hilborn unit. The main jet is closest to the pump and the hi-speed is furthest away. The seconday bypass is capped off at the metering block. The return from the main and hi-speed returns to the fuel inlet line just before the pump (it's out of the picture). Hope this helps.
