Will you be racing this? I ran a manifold on a blown sbc to 7.40's @ 18lbs of boost with a pop off type and no burst pannel, worked great. This was in a 235" R.E.D. with a glide, Stock block, stock crank, 235 steel heads. 80a-1 pump. Stock no strip GM blower.
I also ran stock crank shafts with great success with just double keying the crank. Had to replace them about every 3 years due to the snout getting all beat up.
