Axle removal 8 3/4"
« on: January 02, 2015, 06:54:58 AM »
I need to remove the axles to be able to drill some extra holes for the housings chassis mount.
I havent played around with these axles/housings before at all, so i was just wondering if i need a special tool to pull them out before i start, and if i need to replace bearing, gaskets etc before putting it together?

Most of the time the rears are set up with Olds bearing ends because of the rather large bearing size so its just the removal of the 4 retainer bolts  and a deadblow hammer
