Axle housing attachment to chassis

Is 4 bolts on each side mandatory for 7.50 tag.
Mine only has two. Car was approved with this for several inspections before. Just wonder if they just didnt notice before, or if there have been changes in the SFI specs lately.

FED's are required to have four  7/16" minimum bolts per side. Been that way for a long time, must have been over looked.

Thanks for the confirmation fuel749, i was pretty sure that was the case.
I'll drill new holes and add the missing bolts.

Chassie inspections or track tech inspections??
There was a sheet handed out to chassie tag inspectors about allowing 2-bolts per side a few years ago. I was hanging around a car getting tagged and thought the inspector missed it and mentioned it, opened his book and saw the supplement. Was in part with the chassies that were a soft tail design.
4 per side is always best to avoid any confusion, Step up in drill sizes till just undersize and ream hole to final to get best fit because you are doing this by hand and not on a machine
