Nozzle Size

(1/1)

AF150:
Spud...
Could you post a chart showing the true decimal diameters of Hilborn nozzles? I have (4) 104A
and I don't know how to calculate total nozzle area.
Thanks

Spud Miller:

 Ok...

 Orifice   Hilborn
.016         4
.017         5
.020         6
.0215       7
.0225       8
.0238       9
.0259       10
.0289       12
.0294       14
.0318       16
.0338       18
.0359       20
.0373       22
.038         24
.039         27

Spud Miller:

...and then I realized the nozzle you wanted wasn't on the chart :)

Multiply the Hilborn size times 59, take the square root and divide by 1000...that'll get you very close.

 (SQRT(Hilborn Size * 59))/1000

 Your 104 nozzles = .0783"

AF150:
Thank you.
