bench racing time what will it make

<< < (4/4)

P607:
Yes it was specific for the hemi... Was too tight (5800) it needed to be around 64-6500. Fwiw I have the crank for sale. It's a KB billet std/std balanced and double keyed. No need for it any longer. Also , I tried a. 4.30 gear and it was much too violent and trap rpm was 8600 (piston speed was in the stratosphere with that much leg and for what we were doing lol)

Pipe Dreams:
thanks for running the numbers for the new parts.that  should hopefully get me to my goal of a goal of a 7.99.... at least before I put the blower on  ;D

Well since very few guess. I will tell everyone what computer program predicts.1135hp@7750 and 838 tq @6500.Now this is with optimal cam not the one I will run for while (crane 296-500).Im thinking its estimating high.I figure if I can get 1050 plus I will be doing good. Its only 526 ci ,admittedly heads are good flow wise. Hey I always say it would nice to be wrong and see how the rest of the world lives, this would be good time to do so.Not laughing at all(NLAA).
