HI all
 I'm new to this forum and was hoping someone could help me out with the fastest ET for a SBC front engine dragster on ALCOHOL.
I am running a 406 with an 871 and just ran our first 6 second pass with a 6.92 @ 192mph.

welcome. Not sure fastest pass with blower I know Scott Parks went 6.77@197 with 383 injected alky. Yea was not a cheap SBC needless to say.

Switch to a 6-71 and you will be quicker, Too much HP draw with an "8"as you dont need the extra volume. Jason Ritchey ran some 60''s in N-A/F.  Been low 80's with a 377 and a 6-71 without killing it

Been 6.94 with mine with a little help from a nitrous bottle ! I would think that Dale Hall would still have been the quickest . The next time I see his son I will ask . Congrat's on your 6 second run ! Bill
