New tire recommendations for our FED

My only info on the tires (goodyears) is that the Comp tires only come in straight increments and are to be used in our type of cars. Tires that come in 1/2" increments are more for door cars and their design does not allow one to Get up on the tire and they dont grow very much.

Ricardo As Bruce said that tire is made for high horsepower bodied cars . They have a stiff sidewall . I do have a friend who has run them on a Smallblock rear engine car and loves them ! If you already have them why not try them . You will never go wrong by screwing them . Bill

 You said you had them on last year.What did you go with this year? I have a set of Hoosiers right now that are used.Have bad feeling I am not going to like them for same reason you stated.I have had cpl others say same thing. Going to try them anyway,heck will not be first $150 I threw away.

Chris if you can get around that shake problem they are not a bad tire .

needless to say have not tried them out. From comments I have gotten I am almost expecting one of those brain rattling tire shaking deals from my TA/D. You know you get out of car still half blind ,head about to explode.
